Shipping & Returns
Processing typically takes 2-5 business days from the time you have placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.
Our worldwide free shipping generally takes up 2 to 4 weeks from the shipment date. This time frame may vary depending on which country the package is being delivered to. To find out more about delivery to a specific country, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take great pride in the quality of our products and the customer service we provide. In the rare case you're not 100% satisfied with the item you ordered, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 30 days from receipt.
To return a product:
1. Send 2-3 pictures of the item along with the reason for return within 30 days from receipt to email@example.com.
2. Once you receive the return address, you may ship the item via a courier of your choice within 30 days of receiving the product. We suggest providing tracking number for any returns, as lost in return items are not eligible for reimbursements.
3. Once the item is returned at our warehouse you will receive a refund notification. Please allow 2-7 working days for the transaction to appear on your account.
Please Note: Orders shipped back to us beyond 30 days from receipt are not eligible for refunds.
